How to use: For flexible, medium hold, finish brows by applying Clear Brow Gel through the brow in short, upward motions. For sculpted, ultimate hold, use the long bristle side of Brow Freeze Gel’s brush and start by applying at the base of the brow and sweep through brow until desired lift and shape is achieved. For a laminated effect, use the short bristle side to sculpt and lay brow hairs down flat.
