What it does: The sheer blendable powder defines and fills in brow shape. The Brow Powder Duo allows precise color matching using two blendable shades to complement various tones of hair. Each duo is designed for sheer-to-medium coverage with a smudge-resistant formula. A two-shade compact applied to create beautiful and natural brow effects. This sheer- to medium-opacity powder includes the antioxidant vitamins C and E. The emollient formula is transfer-resistant and comes with two shades per compact to ensure not only the perfect brow shape but also the perfect brow color.

Fabulous brow powder
I prefer using powder and a stiff brush for my increasingly sparse brows. I think it gives a softer, more natural look than a pencil. The soft brown color is perfect. It's not too dark, no red, and matches my light brown hair very well.

Is this made in China? PRC?
Why does the description say that this is made in the USA but some photos are showing it's made in the PRC/China? Which one is it? The last time I looked at this product, it was made in CHINA!!!

Does the job
Although it is a great color match, it may not have long lasting effect for someone that is oily. This is not a product I tend to reach for in the summer. It is quick and easy to use. But I prefer it during the winter time when I am not as oily. I definitely tend to use it more when I am going for a more natural look. The way it works best for me is to apply it first.Then add eyebrow gel on top. I reach for MAC pro locked brow gel on top, the ABH brow gel can sometimes feel too stiff in my brows. I find that this is best for someone that is going for natural looks more often.
