Fantastic hiking shoe!
Yes, it’s a bit wide but honestly, my foot is a wide and with socks for fall and spring hiking, it will be perfectly comfortable. Sturdy, comfy shoe. Can’t wait to hit the trail!

Wet Feet
Bought the Alverstone version with the "select dry" some time ago. Finally got to wear them. They don't even keep my feet dry in wet grass. What a disappointment these are!

These hiking shoes are lightweight, comfortable, and seem to stabilize my feet! (Which I did not know I needed!) To me, the shoes are quite nice looking, better than any of my other athletic shoes, and look great worn with pants, leggings, and so on. I am currently online, now, to purchase another pair!

Well made shoe, slightly too wide
Meryl always makes a well-made shoe. I found this shoe to be slightly wide in the toebox area as compared to the other Alverstone and Moab shoes that I own.
