Found pretty “shorty PJs”, in my XL size…& on sale
In this hot, humid weather, even with air conditioning, I wake up feeling very hot. Cannot wear polyester and sometimes even 100% cotton PJs! and seek “spaghetti straps” for max comfort. I found exactly the right pair (rayon & spandex) at the Nordstrom’s on West 57th Street! Will shop there again!

Built to squeak
I run long distances. Bought half size larger and these run small so overall fit is ok. Laces were way too short, can't even tie the shoe. Build quality is below average. It sounds like I am pumping up an air mattress with one shoe constantly when running on dirt road after any water crossing. Tread is coming off. Maybe have 350 miles on them. 1 star due to disappointment in overall performance. That being said I will buy another pair when they discontinue them and they are on sale.

Great fit! Great walking/light hiking shoes.
They fit my feet very well; even my orthotist likes them and thinks they are perfect for my feet. I would have given 5 stars, but the Altra Customer Service never answered my emails.

Durability issues for hiking
Comfortable, stable, and fell apart within 300 miles. It is a very stable shoe with great grip. No blisters in my time with them. I found them to be comfortable on moderately long days (26 miles). They started showing wear on the upper material within the first hundred miles. After finishing 125 miles yesterday in the Wind River High Route, both sides of both shoes were blown out, the heel cups look like they had an ice cream scoop taken out of the padding, and the midsole had compressed where I could feel the rocks more than I would like. It is an excellent show but the lack of durability is disappointing considering the premium price.
