thinking out of the box

I am normally a size 28 but I went a size down and they are slightly baggy. I should have ordered two sizes down - but sold out. I am 5 ft 3 inches tall and they are a bit long. With kitten heels they will puddle over the shoe. Tried them with a black Lace body suit, black kitten heel boots and a fitted black blazer for a night out.
