Cute top, inconsistent sizing

Cute design, lightweight material. Size 0 fit larger than size 4, and quality control needs to do better: I had ordered a size 2 to compare, and Nordstrom sent me a top that was tagged size 2, but the sewn-in tag was a size 4, plus one of the buttons was brown vs the rest were pearl white (not as evident in the pic but very obvious in person). I feel like Nordstrom shipped products has been going downhill for years now. Still not sure if I will keep.
