Anna Cotton T-Shirt Dress

have purchased 4 of these so far ... wish I had seen them before the clearance when other colors were available. This dress isn't going to be for everybody (or, shall I say "every body') but, if it works, it's perfect. starting with the fabric...I hd forgotten what it felt like to wear a truly quality fabric (been buying casual clothes from Amazon). The feel of this material is unparalleled. It's thick, but not too "heavy". Washed and dried perfectly (the instructions said no dryer but I did as i hoped for an inch or shrink) but it didn't shrink and came out of dryer looking like it went in. drape is great ... just feels good to wear. the downside: it has less shape in the middle than I would like ... it's a tad "tentlike" but those with thicker middles will be happy. I found the shoulders perfect but the rest of the dress runs sort of big. i have a bit of a thick middle and would still have preferred a little more shaping. But it just fits so perfectly everywhere else (shoulders perfect) that I'm still going to live in these dresses. For those who say it's too short: I am 5'2 and do prefer my summer dresses pretty short. it's still one inch longer than I would prefer. For taller ladies ..... it's gonna be as short as in the pictures which is to say SHORT.

All Saints makes the best T-shirts and T-shirt dresses. Material is just perfect. Thick enough that it shows nothing and loose enough to feel great in the heat. I’m 5’5 with long legs (and 48 yrs old) and the length is great for sneakers or flat sandals. It’s everything a T-shirt dresses should be.
