Don’t waste your money
Flat lumpy horrible pillow am trying to return but no response from Nordstrom’s yet.

Soft lumpy and flat
I thought this was a good price but the quality is not good. I don’t even see how they could be returned. They were rolled and wrapped in plastic once I opened there is now no wrapper for return. I will contact customer service for help.

Good for the price but not firm
They look very fluffy and great on the bed but then you lay your head down them, they completely flatten (not firm). However, for the price they are wonderful.

Different size
Pillows seem to be very comfortable but unfortunately they shipped me one queen pillow and the other a king pillow when it’s supposed to be 2 king pillows. Now I have to return it and order it again which is very inconvenient. I am 8 months pregnant and needed the pillows for additional comfort ASAP. During the virus orders are taking longer than usual.
