2 different size shoes were sent to me
Loved the shoe unfortunately Nordstrom sent me 2 different size shoes. When I called customer service they said sorry unfortunately we no longer have your size. I was really disappointed because I really liked the shoe.

defective sole
Sole on these shoes was nailed. The shoes damage wood floors and are also slippery. Cannot return because I wore them one day. This is not expected from this brand of shoes.
