Look elsewhere
The boots look good by themselves, but are, at best, unremarkable underneath pants (probably 2 stars) and are not comfortable (which is what dropped them to 1 star for me). They did fit true to size but would not recommend or buy again and will not likely wear.

Comfortable; Slightly Worn; Tight at the Arch
really like the overall look and feel of the Liverpool Chelsea boots. They’re comfortable on the foot and the leather quality is great — soft yet sturdy. However, the arches where the boots touch my legs feel a bit tight and cause some discomfort after wearing them for a while.
They also seemed like they might have been slightly worn before I received them — not enough to be certain, so I decided to keep them. Overall, they’re a good pair of boots with solid craftsmanship, but the fit around the arch could be improved.

Excellent fit and finish
Excellent fit and finish. I could not get the shoes on, so I sent them back. My problem is my knees have had surgery and are not very flexible. I recommend trying them on in a shoe store before purchase. I am sorry they did not work for me.
