Not Good
Horrible boots You think you would get a quality product, but no. Got the black and whiskey color; both look good bud very bad footbad, zero cushion on them, feels like hardwood made flip flops. When you pay for Made in USA, that’s not what you have in mind

Love these boots
Love these boots. Comfortable from the start. Leather is great. The shaft is tighter than I was expecting, but it means that I can wear them under dress pants.

Excellent quality!
Excellent quality and perfect fit. I have three pairs of these boots. I have worn them at week long conferences and they are exceptionally comfortable!. The quality of materials is top notch and the quality of the leather feels solid and comfortable.

Great boots.
As a person who has and wears many types of boots from work to social from multiple companies, I wasn’t sure what to expect with a roper from AE. And, although I have not had them long enough to say anything about longevity, frankly, these may be the best ropers I have ever purchased. The quality and comfort of the leather is unlike anything I have previously purchased (including some very well known boot brands) and I was particularly worried about the ability to hide leather quality under black color. These boots are now a favorite of mine and I have purchased a pair for my son as a gift. Enough said.
