received used shoe
My review is based on receiving a used shoe. The shoe is beautiful, but it arrived worn. The bottom of the shoes were dirty, the laces were tied as if someone just took them off, the box was ripped and the original receiver kept the shoe bag. I’m returning to a local store today, hopefully they can get it right with a re-order.
