Between size up. Im xs or s 34c 26 waist. 5.1 feet 114 ib . Usually size 2 or 4 i got size 4 fit tight good just need some alterations 3 inch ... make shorter look better. I want wear this for Xmas party or winter some event or date . Medium wight .
