tight in chest area, larger everywhere else

I'm used to with Alice And Olivia, They seem to be made for smaller busted people. This dress I feel like is a little more stretchy and thinner than the short sleeve version of this. I am between a four and a six but the six is snug in the chest, but then not flattering and larger everywhere else.
