TOO BIG for me

Nice dress, but It is TOO BIG for me. I have been waiting for my sister to come to give it to her. Otherwise, I have to donate, because I DID NOT NOTICE I cannot return or exchange. SAD

Sizing chart incorrect

This skirt is much more beautiful in person. I’m 5’4” and it is a midi on me. My only complaint is the size chart. I have a 33 inch waist & ordered the medium knowing the size chart was probably incorrect. I’m exchanging for a small but now have wasted an extra $20 in shipping. Frustrating.
