Unconventional fabric
It’s a pretty color and fits nicely, but this is not a conventional fabric; it’s thick and requires no hem (like fleece), and if you require the dress shortened you’ll need a tailor that’s good with the scissors. I’d be concerned of wrinkling after sitting as this dress is narrow

I managed my expectations on a dress for a wedding, sight unseen, but this dress fit perfectly. I was worried on the length as most are too long and I worried about having to tailor, I’m about 5’5”, and everything seems too long, not this dress. I just need kitten heels. It’s comfy, doesn’t feel “taffeta” , stretches wear it needs to stretch.
