The fabric is soft, smooth and thick. Love the neckline and embellishment. I purchased Navy which looks almost black until you look closer. The color is absolutely beautiful. The dress is wonderfully slimming.

Absolutely LOVE this dress. It is slimming and makes a smaller busted woman like me look bustier while also hiding the mommy tummy. Love how the dress at the armpit area is also snug and not too low as many halter dresses are, which can leave a weird gap. No sl5'6"ip needed, as the fabric is substantial. I bought the charcoal which is very close to a steel gray/blue. No hemming needed either.
