Austin Vibes Leather Studded Crossbody Bag

I saw the ONE-star review which does not have any supporting details/comments. This is baffling because I bought the Arctic (chambray blue/gray) and there's nothing wrong with it. The leather is great, and the curved top does not inhibit easy access as often happens with this type opening. I greatly appreciate that the description includes the dimensions to assist in making an informed decision. However, the strap width is important as well so I will include it. This strap is one inch wide. IMO a 7/8" strap would provide a better balance between look and function. It's a smidge too wide for my comfort but I'll deal with it. My everyday bags are a little bigger so this is an addition to my special occasion bag collection. lol P.S. Bought on sale and it was a splurge even at the sale price.
