Farrah Mid Rise Crop Bootcut Jeans

Love this style, the lighter weight material, & the length, so perfect, just as in the photo & they fit exactly as shown. Personally now detest the unfinished edge look but I now commit to having them hemmed, no matter the length.. I tried both the 28 & 27 but the higher waist, though only 10" rise, was a deal breaker for me. I like to wear my jeans just below the navel, but this is truly a higher waist, just a bit too high for my preference. Otherwise highly recommend for those who like their jeans to sit slightly higher. Not that much higher than a mid rise, but IMO they are truly more of a high rise. AG sizing generally runs smaller, but with these, the fit surprised me. The 28 was comfortable, but I also tried the 27 which proved good also, though admittedly slightly skimpier at my heavier weight of 135 lbs. The only issue is if one isn't careful when washing, the newer fabrics can shrink if special steps aren't taken. I'd have gone with the smaller size in any case, taking care to wash on gentle/short cycle, then hang dry, then thow in the dryer a few minutes to soften them up again..
