NOT mid-rise

These are NOT mid-rise despite what the tag says. They come up over my belly button, and the rise is the same length as my high-rise pair. I have been searching for the perfect pair of mid-rise jeans and this could have been them if only they were actually mid-rise. I will probably keep them because they are extremely flattering in the hips and seat and made of very soft denim, but still a disappointment!
