Farrah Mid Rise Bootcut Jeans

I love AG and I'm a pretty true size 24 in this brand. 23/24 in Mother. 5'3" and 110 lbs with a slim build. These were massive. I had to look at the tag a few times to make sure they weren't for someone else in my family. The waist went out in the back a solid 3 inch gap and the boot leg was cut way to baggy. Another reviewer mentioned that they came up really high on her and I agree, these come up extremely high waisted. They are not narrow and slimming like they are on the model. I do love the wash on 10 years Zurich but the fit is a no. I would say these jeans would fit someone who is over 5'7" with a slim build and long torso.

I love these. They have some stretch, and I have found that AG jeans tend to run a tad big, so I sized down. For reference, I am normally a size 26 in non-stretchy denim, waist is 26.5”, and I’m 5’5” tall, 120-125 pounds. The 25 fit perfectly- not too tight. They are just the right length for me with shoes on. I could wear them with sneakers or heels and the length would work. Probably couldn’t wear with ballet flats or flip flops though. I love the color (slightly darker denim, but not a true dark rinse). They have some whiskering, but it looks tasteful and not overdone. I also loved that they have a zipper fly (AG often has button down, which I dislike). Recommend getting these.

I ordered the 26 in these and am normally a 27. These fell about 2 inches above my belly button so I don’t consider them mid rise on me. I am 5’4” though. These jeans will stretch too. Love the cut of the legs but just not great on my body. They are getting returned for the rise situation. Size down would be my rec as well.

Comfy with just enough give in the waist (yay!) & a nice dark wash with tastefully executed whiskering, these do qualify as a high midrise, just below the navel. The flare is interesting, reminds me of the 70's; not a huge flare but not like a crop kick-out. I'm 5'4", longer legs, & these are a full on 34" inseam on me, but could just shorten these easily and they'd be a crop or wherever I'd like them to fall and would still look just as cool. I think I might leave them since with a boot in a 2-3 inch heel, they have that 70's vibe but no bag in the thighs, which I'm not a fan of tho like it on other people. AG really excels at the close to the thigh jeans. Hope these retain that look; time will tell. This brand tends to keep its form, so high hopes on that!
