Not for people with small waists and curvier hips
Cute short and love the color, but was too baggy. This was the second pair I tried, went down a size from my usual size, which I had originally ordered. Still too loose around the waist, but fit great around the hips. Just the wrong cut for me.

Sizing on Reviews
I normally wear a 24 in the AG Boyfriend jeans, but there are times I wear a 25 in the same style. Many reviews said this short ran large, so I went with the smaller 24. However, when I received them, they were way too small. I wish these companies would have consistent sizing. Now once again I have to return something and get another size.
I am going to try again with the 25. I gave a star off because of sizing and another star for the distressing. Hard to get into the shorts with the ripped look. My foot keeps getting caught in it. I will hem the 25s if they fit.

runs huge
Great color. Very ragged hem. I always wear size 28 in AG but these were dropping way down. Would have needed a belt for sure and unfortunately not very flattering on me. Will return.

Finally
The perfect slouchy short for summer not too short or too long. They run true to size if you want a loose boyfriend look, but if you want a more fitted look then definitely size down. I’m 5’6 and 145 pounds, cuvier on the bottom with a smaller waist and went with a 30 for a looser/slouchy fit. I had to have alterations in the waist but other than that a perfect fit!
