Buy this FINAL SALE item with confidence

I was hesitant to purchase this necklace because it is not sterling silver and it is not returnable but glad I took the chance during the "clear the rack" sale. Perfect length...not to long or too short and definitely looks classy and not the least bit cheap! The pearl is a good size too.

Poor Quality

The quality is not as promised by their photo, just take a look at my photo, there is a seamline in the center of what is called a freshwater pearl! And since it is final sale, NR would not exchange either.

Looks fake and cheap

I don't understand the other users' reviews. I am very disappointed in the quality of this necklace. It's a nice design but the "freshwater pearl" definitely looks like it is manufactured plastic. I'd be embarrassed to wear this anywhere. Shame on Nordstrom Rack for selling such a poor quality item as a final sale item that can't return it for a refund.

Poor quality

Bought based on the positive reviews, not sure where they came from, but they must not have received the same necklace! Poor quality, tacky plastic. Even the packing material was way below Nordstrom standards. Just some cheap dropship, not a decent piece at all and non returnable, ugh! Such a disappointment.

poor quality

very poor quality, fake pearl looks washed and peeling and the silver looks like a toy spring for kids making beads in kindergarten. I expected better from Nordstrom Rack

zero quality, nothing as promised!

I was so excited to get this necklace, which I spent many days waiting for, just to be disappointed with the quality, look, size… everything about this necklace is terrible, it legit looks like it is from the dollar store. For 20 bucks this was the worst item I’ve bought.

Broken necklace sold to me

The clasp does not work. It does not close. Not pleased. It was a waste of money and non returnable.

Very cheap looking

Disappointed The chain is nice but the “pearl” looks like a plastic pop bead There is a visible seam on it and it’s not smooth

A SCAM

The description was too good to be true. The pearl is plastic coated with shimmer. I wasn’t expecting a real one but way better in design

It is definitely a fake pearl!

A customer sent a picture of this necklace and it looked like it came from the 50 cent machines you see at the grocery stores!! It’s hard to believe that Nordstrom Rack excepted these fresh water pearl necklaces at all. It’s sad that these customers were not taken care of like they should have been!!! That is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
