Tennis Drop Earrings

I visited the store on sep 14, 2026 and at the counter told me that my earrings hadn't arrived yet, that the delivery date was September 17th. I returned at the store on sep 17 and another counter she told me my earrings had been put out for general sale because it had been at the store since September 10th and I hadn't come to pick them up. I don't understand what happen but it is sad I don't have my earrings.
