Arrived Broken, Nordstrom Will Do Nothing
These are inexpensive, fun little earrings, but they arrived broken, most likely because they were packaged without care in a thin envelope. OR they were shipped to me already broken. "Nordstrom Rack does not provide refunds for items that arrived damaged." Imagine they were more expensive earrings? Nordstrom will do nothing but the regular return policy, charging $9.95 for the privilege of returning these broken earrings. Most companies would refund you immediately for damaged pieces.
