Poor quality
The bracelet by itself look pretty but feels so light and fragile. I’m usually gentle with all my jewelry. But this one came apart randomly on second day of wearing it. I feel kinda upset cause o the fact I didn’t have enough time to get enjoy wearing it.

arrived broken
This bracelet arrived broken and the toggle bar was bent. It is supposed to be non refundable/ or no exchange but I called customer service hoping for a resolution or I will have to get the credit card company involved. It could have been cute but EXTREMELY flimsy!
