Black Multi-Cord Leather Bracelet

I purchased this item in October for a Christmas gift for my wife. She enjoyed the gift and wore it proudly twice. On the third occasion she attempted to put the bracelet on, one of the magnets fell off. I went to the local Nordstrom and attempted to return the product and was told that it was outside of the 45 day window. I told the clerk about the defective part and she said that she could not do anything about it. What is sad about this was that I pick up a replacement piece at the same time. What bothers me about this is that it was less than 90 days and most of all I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years and remember that Nordstrom was the gold standard for customer service and experience. Unfortunately not anymore. As a result I am changing where I shop. My loyalty has ended

The magnetic closure seems strong, but I generally try to stay away because if you're not careful it could come off and you wouldn't even know it. The circumference was way too large for my wrist. I'm petite -- 5'4", 115lbs, size 0-2 in dresses & jackets. And it set more on the root of my hand. If it were my actual wrist size I would have loved it. It's strong too, good quality. And would have to test out the magnetic hold too of course. I returned mine

Super cute I wore it once and within a couple hours one of the leather cords came loose. I ended up cutting off the other end. Hopefully more don’t start falling out as well. I read other reviews and a few other people said the same thing It’s just one strand and I really like the bracelet, so I’m keeping it for now
