The shoestring eyelet broke off as soon as I tied

Adidas should offer to replace these shoes or provide credit towards my next purchase. These shoes are useless to me now.

The opening is way too small for your foot!

I ordered a size 10.5 US and my feet are on the wide side. Once you get them on, they're comfortable, well padded and fit wide feet well. However, they are slip-ons with laces, and the hole in which you insert your foot is very small relative to the size of your foot. It's really a tight squeeze. It seems like a mistake was made in designing them.

Narrow entry with awkward sole feel.

These looks great and have a clean white on white appeal. But putting these shoes are difficult and the sole is warped. Not comfortable to walk in for even medium distances. I wear these on short distances only, not all day.
