way to firm for HIIT
these shoes have no cushion and will not protect your joints at all.

Good shoe
These are nice and lightweight, but it feels like less support/cushion in the sole than my last pair of adidas shoes. However, they’re working great for my current workouts so far and I don’t have any foot pain.
