HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WHERE ARE MY SHOES?!?
Horrible experience. Don’t know why you would send back shoes that a customer orders to be be picked up. I was out of town for work and didn’t even know my shoes were available to pickup. Why wouldn’t I get a text message??? I do not check my shopping email address often. That was the only notification I got that the shoes were in. Again, horribly unsatisfactory experience with this shopping. Now I am out of the shoes I wanted. And at the price point that worked.
So how will you guys make this better???

Awesome looking shoe but order a half size up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking shoe. No give in the fit. After 4 hours+, starts to hurt on both sides of the toe box. Order a half size up in this shoe.
