Comfort , but can skate in the easily. Great lace pull , would highly recommend these to anyone who’s would want to make them a daily shoe but also skate after work

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WHERE ARE MY SHOES?!?
Horrible experience. Don’t know why you would send back shoes that a customer orders to be be picked up. I was out of town for work and didn’t even know my shoes were available to pickup. Why wouldn’t I get a text message??? I do not check my shopping email address often. That was the only notification I got that the shoes were in. Again, horribly unsatisfactory experience with this shopping. Now I am out of the shoes I wanted. And at the price point that worked.
So how will you guys make this better???

It's super well made!
It's true to size and the colors pop! I also really like the overall shape of the shoe. I was looking for something that would not make my feet look big and this was it!

Very soft, flexible sole. Runs narrow and small.
I ordered my true size (I normally wear the Campus) but it was too narrow and too short in the toe. No room to splay out toes. I would recommend ordering 1/2 to a full-size larger. Very soft and flexible sole.
