horrible experience
I ordered these sneakers and they came hard and very dirty. I don’t understand how a company like this can sell someone a product like this. Huge disappointment. And even sader this is my favorite department store (Nordstrom) in general. I don’t think I will be ordering from you guys for a while.

Shipping conditions deplorable
See photo of how these were shipped to me! This is not the Nordstrom treatment. Shows in a box with no lid and in a bag….the shoes weren’t even in the half box by the time I got them! No tags on shoes!!! Look worn. I’ll never order from the Rack again and this isn’t the first time! Oh and my dried up mascara came today too. Ridiculous quality!
