I cannot stress enough how awful of an experience I have had ordering shoes here. I HAVE ordered this pair TWICE and BOTH arrived WITHOUT a shoe box, WORN AND DIRTY and the first was THE WRONG SIZE. This has happened to me multiple times now when ordering shoes from Nordstrom. Seriously never again, there are way better retailers to spend my money at than to support a corporation that sends out used and damages goods.
