'Ab'solution High Waist Fray Hem Itty Bitty Bootcut Jeans

I've purchased Democracy before and they fit my curves. I was at the Rack the other day and just saw these as I was walking up to the register. Saw the bottom of the pants with the layered fray and they were in my size and I bought them without trying on. Brought them home and I appreciate the extra elastic in the waist area and these fit exactly to me. I couldn't take them any smaller but I know they will stretch out. The ones I bought at the rack were like this picture, more summery in that they were a little bit lighter wash and just hitting the top of my foot. I told my sister she might like them but she thought they might be shorter than she likes. I decided to buy some UGG open toed slipper type shoes and wanted to add something for the included shipping so I ordered them again in the size 10 thinking she might want them anyway and was surprised when I got them that they were a darker wash and much longer! They have the same color and label description and I got two entirely different pants in wash and length but with the same double layered fray detail. So I did not get the same ones as in the picture ordering from the app but the darker wash and the longer length look a bit dressier. A little too long for my 5'6" but with a slit on each side at the bottom, instead of the pants bunching up on my shoes they just kind of flare out. They fit great otherwise and I would probably keep them for that alone but I really love the bottom. Kind of reminds me of my Easel knit sweats that I adore. Although I didn't get the style and wash shown in the picture on the app I was glad to get a second different darker version.
