you get what you pay for
The boot was comfortable if sizing up a half size. The heel height is balanced so they are pretty good for walking. The pull/on elastic sides are disguised by gussetted leather which looks nice. The silver tip is a unique touch. I took off a couple of stars because they wrinkled upon first wearing, so they already look worn.

Comfortable to walk, but chafes
Ordered 5.5, typically wear 5. Comfortable to walk in and generally easy to break in, but the edges of the shoe opening chafes the leg. I did put in insoles to make it a better fit.
