Wrong size shoes were sent
The wrong size shoes were sent to me after purchasing online. I had to return them because the shoes were sold out. I returned the shoes store and I was not given the complete refund with my shipping costs because of "policy." I asked for corporates number because i wanted to speak about getting my fill refund because the error is on behalf of Nordstrom. I '"paid" for the incorrect item due to Nordstrom's negligence which I told the customer service representative. I am waiting for approval to get my full refund from the company. I willing to contact my nack for the full amount back as a next resort.

Nordstrom sent me the wrong size
These shoes have been sold out for months and I finally ordered a Size 7, Men's 9. This company sent me a Women's 9, Men's 7. I can't even exchange for a different size because they are sold out. Do better, Nordstrom.
