Fit and materials not as expected

For the price I expected more than a plastic sole. Unsure if leather upper, as there was no marking. The length was too long, and there is no way to adjust the back strap. Heel was slipping out.

Sizing is inaccurate

I ordered these in my usual size and they were huge on me. I was looking forward to wearing them for a special occasion. I paid $9.95 to have them shipped to me and now I'm paying $9.95 to return them. To order them in a smaller size would cost me another $9.95. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed.

Lovely flats

These are so pretty and well made but unfortunately they’re too big for me. If the strap on the back was a bit tighter I could make it work but I had an extra half inch in the toe and don’t want to slide around. I’m a true 8.5 and these fit more like 9 so I’m exchanging them for the next size down. I prefer a more fitted flat, hoping the smaller pair fits better.
