Missing order/items
Sadly they again failed to deliver the entire order. Missing case and cloth for cleaning the glasses. I spent 45 minutes with their representative who told me that they cannot discount the price or send me the sunglasses cses and cloth, just to return the items, which I refuse cause they do not have the replacement and I do love the sunglasses.
It's disappointing cause I ordered over 50 items in 2025 only at the nordstrom rack. I'll be more verbal on the future so I can inform people of potential issues that they might have while ordering on Nordstrom Rack. Thanks !
