not worth the hassle
I was looking for flat back earrings for my second hole and these are such a trouble to get in. One of the pairs came bent, and another pair didn’t fit with the back and kept falling out my ear

painful! wider gage! basically needed to re-pierce
These earrings are so beautiful and such a great price, but in order to use the flatback stud, you have to push a much thicker earring through the back of your ear - and it was PAINFUL! One of the studs broke off as I was removing it from the package. I tried the studs on a lobe piercing and a cartilage piercing - the back went through, but it was extremely difficult and painful and my ear swelled up. So maybe not worth it for the beauty of the studs.
