Unexpectedly poor quality
I'm surprised at all the positive reviews, as I found this to be of surprisingly poor quality and design. The zipper is flimsy, hard to zip, and I can't imagine the bag would hold any weight when zipped, as the zipper pulled apart at the teeth even when it was empty. If you used this while zipped into the smaller size, the weight of the contents would inevitably pull the zipper apart. I have other Longchamp bags and like them, but I sent this one right back.

Needs a sleeve for putting in roller suitcase!
One star off because it Needs a sleeve on outer bag to slip on roller suitcase!! I’ve used this bag for about five years internationally and it’s constantly slipping off my roller bag. :( This is why I’m thinking of getting a different bag. I’ve thought of altering it with a slip sleeve but there’s the expandable zipper in the way. I guess I could professionally get the sleeve sewn on anyway since I’ve only used the expandable version once. It deserves four stars because it still looks new after being used constantly over five years. The quality is great. AND it needs a pocket on the outside for plane ticket/passport/phone. It’s 2024 how can this bag not have a sleeve and outside pocket.
