Forged in Germany from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel, a premium chef's knife glints with ease and efficiency making a perfect gift.

How it's made: The SIGMAFORGE® knife is forged from one single piece of steel and fitted with an ergonomically curved three-rivet handle. The FRIODUR® blade is ice-hardened to -57 Rockwell Hardness for long-lasting sharpness and resilience.

Additional features: A precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge ensures an ideal cutting angle for sharpness and durability, while the curved bolster encourages cutting with improved precision, safety and comfort. The POM handle is durable and resilient.

Sizing information: 1.7 lb.; 16.5"L x 2.75"W x 1.6"H.

Great knife, didn't feel good
Great knife, just didn't fit right or feel right in my hand. I thought I was ordering a larger version of Zwilling 6-inch I had purchased a month ago. I'll find some uses for it. Again, the knife is great, sut didn't fit or feel well in my hands.

7 inch Zwilling Pro chef's knife
This is a fine quality knife. However, although it is described as ‘narrow’ on the website, it is NOT a narrow blade, like my other Pros This is definitely a wider blade, which makes it rather unwieldy in my opinion. Perhaps it it simply the size and control of my own hand, but it feels awkward no matter how I try to adjust my grip. Would MUCH RATHER the old-style narrow blade.

Beautiful knife!
I love this 7 inch slim chef knife. I have a larger heavier chef knife and I use it but wanted something that was a little smaller, lighter and more nimble. The 7 inch is so easy to use. Extra sharp and with the smooth bolster so easy to pinch when chopping. Love the riveted grip and full tang. Hefty feel but balance is perfect. Exactly what I wanted!

Perfect size for most jobs
This knife is just right for completing most meal prep tasks. It’s not so big as to be unwieldy, but it is big enough to take on slicing heads of lettuce or thick meats. It makes short work of slicing up vegetables and the blade is perfect for dicing and mincing.
