Dont wash it....
I loved this jacket until I washed it on cold cycle. It originally fit large/oversize and after washing it- shrank in the arm length and torso length. I wish that I could return it.

Sleeves aren't proportional
This jacket is adorable and the shape is perfect. But the sleeves are like two huge stovepipes attached to the jacket. The proportions are totally off. The body of the jacket is nicely sized and shaped and then the arms look huge compared to the rest of the jacket. Had to return.

Wish this came in petite!
I purchased this jacket in "purple heirloom," which is a lovely light purple/lilac that matches the stock photo. Overall, I enjoy the jacket, but it's a bit too big on my 5'3" frame. The sleeves are quite long, so I often tuck them in. Additionally, the collar is slightly too tall for me. When zipped up, it sits above my chin and on my face, which can feel annoying. Typically, I wear a size L/XL in tops, but I had to size down to a medium to not feel overwhelmed in the jacket.

color mismatch
The color shown when I purchased was a Mauve and I was so excited to receive it , but unfortunately the color I got was burgundy fudge. I have so much existing burgundy in my closet that I really wanted the Mauve! I recently purchased the Vuori burgundy (raisin) packable jacket so as much as I wanted to love this jacket from Zella I must return it. Hopefully Nordstrom updates the photos. Other than that it’s an awesome light packable jacket

Pockets are huge wish they had zippers
Bought this jack in a size small, my usual size. It's very big and boxy. Needed an XS but more importantly the pockets are very wide and they don't zip. Other than that, this is a great lightweight comfortable warm jacket. Just wish they had zippered pockets!

LOVE!! Want More Colors
I absolutely love this jacket! I got it in the burgundy color and its beautiful - I would love to have more someday! I do agree that you can size down here. I typically like oversized jackets and to bundle up during the winter, but I got a medium and the fit is perfect! I am around 145lbs for reference.
