Cozy Cocoon Puffer Jacket

I bought both the Grey forge and the Fog blue colors. I'm 5'4 147lbs 36dd bust and I fit size Medium. Coats are really puffy, but they're still new so need some time to settle, mold, and break in.. not a problem. The front snaps get redundant after a full day, but they're fun at times. Wish this coat had a zipper though.. sigh. There aren't any storm cuffs or thumb hole sleeves, which would have been great. The colors and fit are the best features. Gives me the urban look I really love. Soft and cozy inside & out. Cons: This coat has no breathability. It gets hot as a furnace super fast and has no cooling effects inside like any general coat would have. Then, when you sweat, the inside poly material, which is loose, gets stuck to your skin making it extremely difficult to pull the coat off without help. I went from freezing to never being able to keep the coat on to stay warm. You freeze or burn. Maybe this will improve after wash. Also, the collar on these coats is frustrating!! They stand up like dracula collars and do not quite stay up or down. They (Nordstroms/Zella) should have put snaps or a strap onto the collar to make it functional as a high collar option for neck protection & style. It's so weird and detracts from the coat bigtime, in my opinion. Sleeves run a teeny bit short, but shouldn't bother most. That too might stretch with wear being made of polyester fiber. Overall: 6.8 out of 10. Get your size, you'll have plenty of room. Toggles don't hold (lock cord in place), so you will have to tie them for that snug waist look.
