Faulty zipper - low quality control
This is now my second zella jacket that I have spent good money on, only to arrive with faulty zippers that cannot be fixed. As shown in my picture, the zipper teeth are missing, so the hardware falls off during wash/wear. I thought my first zella jacket 2 years ago was a 1 time thing, turns out.... nope.

The color is way off.
The jacket has such a beautiful fit, but the color is way off. It’s dark brown. It is definitely not camel colored at all (as seen in the picture).
