Flattering lightweight jacket
I bought this jacket in black and wine color. I love that you can hide the hood inside the collar. Very comfortable and doesn't wrinkle. Good for traveling. Nice lightweight jacket.

Not for rain
While this is a cute jacket, and nice material, it is NOT got rain. I wore it once out in the rain and the jacked was soaked and stayed wet all day. It may be fine with some mist, but not in the rain. So very disappointed, bc it was advertised as a ‘rain jacket’. Nordstrom should be clear that it isn’t waterproof (which should be the point of a rain jacket). Returning.

Very comfortable
I wore this jacket when I went to Iceland in July, 2024. It fit perfect in suitcase and was not bulky. Rains a lot in Iceland and was cold. Jacket was perfect for the weather. I wear a sweater under jacket and it did not feel heavy.

NOT A RAIN JACKET
I used this on a drizzly day, and before I knew it I was soaked. This is not at all a rain jacket. This is a windbreaker. People are being way too nice, so of course the reviews were deceiving.
If you only read one review, read this. It’s a good jacket, light nice. Sure. But the name says it’s a rain jacket and I promise it’s absolutely not.

Not all that waterproof
This is fine light windbreaker that will handle light rain and/or mist. This coat did not keep me dry in normal moderate to heavy rain. Hard to call it a raincoat if it’s only nominally waterproof.

A Versatile Rain Jacket
I purchased this for a trip to Paris because of the color (purple nebula), fabric, and style. I wore it throughout my trip last week and it was comfortable, water resistant and roomy enough to layer with other long sleep tops for warmth. In addition, it is comfortable and hangs well on the body when worn.
