Loved this shrug but needed an exchange

I ordered a Medium. I really liked this top, especially for a cover after my gym sessions in the fall/winter. I should have ordered a Large, I'm 5'8 with long arms. The only reason I am giving this product a 4 star review is because online exhanges aren't allowed and that can be a little bit of an incovenience.
