I am very glad that I found these while shopping in person, and not online. I am typically a medium, both top and bottom. After trying several, I ended up buying an X-Small in the pants. (I had to go one size larger in the matching t-shirt.). If you like your pants fashionably poofy and baggy, then order your regular size. Personally, I like a trimmer look. I have just ordered another set in the purple fog heather.
