Dessin du Regard Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil

I love liquid and gel eyeliners, but it’s time consuming to dry and sometimes I get lazy to scrub it off at night after a long day, so I purchased this pencil for ease of use. The formula is extremely soft, a solid black color, and waxy in nature. However, it smudged to the top of my lid after application once I opened my eyes. The wax simply melts on my skin. I have watery eyes and I need a good liner that won’t budge for a cat eye, and unfortunately this one was not it. I now use it for a “smokey eyeliner” look and blend out the pencil with dark eyeshadows over my lash line. On a positive note, the pencil remained intact inside my top waterline so it still has its uses.
