falling apart. want money back
boots look and feel good. it’s just that the quality is not there. one of the shoelace hook things (don’t know their actual name) fell off during a customer presentation and it made this huge click sound when it hit the floor that a customer turned around and said “your boots are falling apart” embarrassing moment. and the following day the other boot same thing. I don’t use them anymore. It took me a while to write the review., sorry for that. wish I could get my money back. well that is my experience
