River Valley Polo

Unlike the prior reviewer, I love this shirt- it dresses up and down nicely. I found the shirt to be true-to-size, and it hasn't shrunk after washing and drying- also no issues with wrinkles after drying. I plan on ordering more in a couple of other colors.

Shrunk so much after first wash, its basically unusable after that. If you are looking for poor quality at a premium price, this is the right shirt for you

I made the mistake of buying (3) of these at once, and washing/drying them all together. They are far from wrinkle-free, and who has time to press or steam a polo? These shirts shrunk more than any other polo I've ever worn. I have never NOT fit into an XL, even after drying the garment. On top of everything, I had to use my steamer on them and it STAINED them. These are going to the donation box!

My son typically wears a medium in shirts: golf shirts, t-shirts, button down shirts. So I bought him a medium and it definitely fits like a small - the shoulder seams were not on the sides of his shoulder but way up on top and the sleeves were a little tight in his armpits. Hoping to exchange it for a large. Otherwise, nice medium weight polo with a slight sheen to it - like a dressier polo shirt, so I definitely recommend it - just go up one size for a more comfortable fit.

It fit great, felt great, looked great - before I washed it. I read some reviews online that said it will shrink, so I washed it before I bought more. It shrinks - count on it! $40 wasted. Live and learn.

These polos have a great feel to them and thought it fit perfectly when I tried it on in the store, but after one single wash it shrunk down an entire size and fits tight now... I bought a large and it fits like my old medium polos after one wash. You would think that they would pre-shrink a shirt at this price? Apparently not. If you like these, buy them one size larger than you think you need. I wear a fit medium to larges with extra room in them normally, I would've been fine getting the XL by how much this shirt shrunk!

I absolutely LOVE the color on this and more importantly, that it runs just a bit small. XL is an excellent fit for my 210 lb. 5'8" frame that feels like a tailored shirt and is very flattering. It's comfortable around the chest and belly, and just the right length along the torso without making me feel like it's too long to wear untucked. I like this so much that I'm purchasing more of these in as many colors that'll match my style! Bravo, Westzeroone on your River Valley polos!
