The store's service is not as good as its product.
These were sturdy boots, designed well and in great colors and pattern. However, they ran large. I was not sure whether toddlers were meant to wear them with shoes (as I used to as a small child) or without. The store didn't make it easy to determine whether in fact this was the "walker" size six I ordered or the "toddler"/"little kid" one. These are quite a bit bigger than the size I ordered. When I called to ask about this, the person on the phone had no idea which size 6 this was either.
